        BEING AN ELECT LADY
What does it take to wear a crown of glory,
What words would be read from our life’s story
That would place us by the Masters side so dear,
Bathed in Celestial glory and being free from fear?

There is a road we need to follow here on earth,
Each woman to prove herself to be of great worth.
A virtuous woman, a woman living so lovingly
That she glows with light and is full of charity.

Someone with a tender heart, willing to work,
A giving heart that kindly wipes away every hurt,
A sweet soul who is willing to love unconditionally
All of Heavenly Father’s children whoever they may be.

Tenderness in every touch to creatures great and small,
A love of God’s beauty in nature from tiny flowers to tall
Trees, and can speak with the voice of an angel so sweet
That the sick in body and spirit her will want to meet.

Elected by words and deeds and what is in the heart,
Serving every moment all mankind, doing her part.
With angels hands, and heart and eyes that show love,
And always wanting to strive for heaven’s home above.
