More poems about Calamities

        TSUNAMI WOUNDS
Death, destruction, so much pain and fear,
Heartache, sorrow and decease is near,
Where is father, mother, husband, wife children, friends
Will they be dead or maimed or fine in the end.

The nature of the calamity that earthquakes can bring,
But when 9.0 under the ocean it’s a terrible thing,
Causing a tsunami of such terrifying cruel force,
As the gigantic waves much damage does cause.

No one can imagine the devastation left behind
As the massive wall of water does kill and blind,
Islands flattened, buildings crushed, thousands dead,
The catastrophe impossible to imagine in the head.

Most of the world id rallying with help of every kind,
True love and humanity flows in most heart and minds,
Come join the helpers any way you can,
Be even a small part of the great rescue plan.
