More poems about Trials

        BE QUIET AND KNOW
When trials abound around you, trouble is everywhere,
Hardly knowing what to do wondering does anyone care,
Just be quiet and listen, and you will hear a voice divine
Whispering so softly, ‘You are loved, dear child of mine.’

When you are wracked with pain and the night is long,
Every breath you take hurts and more seems to go wrong,
Lie still for a moment and feel those arms of sweet love
Hold you close and know that He feels your pain above.

A raging storm tears and whips and nothings feels secure
You feel that you and loved ones will be lost for sure,
Be quiet and remember He that made the raging storm be still,
Lives and loves you and pray to Him for Father to have His will.

Be quiet and listen when fear severs your usually brave heart,
Know that He, our God is in control, then work to do your part,
Be quiet and know that through the day whatever may befall,
We are loved, known and cherished by the great Creator of all.
