BUSY IN THE TEMPLE
Today we were busy in the temple,
saints serving everywhere,
A feeling of great joy, that seemed
to fill the air,
Brothers and sisters all working showing
how much they care
For those now departed, of God’s gifts
willingly share.
Being busy in the temple is indeed a
wonderful thing,
For countless rich blessings to many
this can really bring,
As waiting spirits can progress onward
to heaven up above,
Yes, today in the temple there was an
outpouring of His love.
Today in the temple you could almost hear
songs of joy,
A wonderful feeling of peace and naught
at all did annoy,
Just harmony and service and God’s divine
presence felt so near,
And all went home rejoicing filled with
His love so dear,
