REMEMBERING MUFFIN
Do not mourn but remember the times together,
Running through the fields as a pup in all weather,
Remember the happy dog that stole your heart away,
And in fun and happiness in your memory ever stay.
Muffin would not want sadness to come your way,
Before old age came there was always time for play,
Thats what should be remembered, that love to share,
A true friend to both of you and trust beyond compare.
As you remember Muffin, your sweet four legged friend,
Be happy that you could share that love to lifes end.
There for Muffin together showing how much you care,
So now suffering is over, Muffin has peace up there.
Muffin wants you to be happy so wipe away those tears,
Be glad that you shared life together for many long years,
Rejoice that this dear friend was yours, just gone on above,
Comfort come in knowing one of Gods animals you did love.
