BANDAGES FOR OUR
FRIENDS WITH
LEPROSY

About four feet long
and four inches wide,
Filled with love we
don’t want to hide,
Cast on enough stitches,
then crochet or knit
A few rows at a time
when time does fit.
It does not take long
and when other see
And they ask what
on earth it can be,
You can tell them and
they want to work too,
Something for others that
most women can do.
I wish there was more to
do to show that I care,
If I had the money I would
love to work out there,
But accept these bandages
worked on with love,
And may you be blessed
by God from above.
