LAKE TEMAGAMI
The shores of lake Temagami twist and bend
and wind,
Many sandy beaches, bays and small inlets
you will find,
Deep and shallow places, water both cold
and warm,
Many stately homes where all awake to see
the dawn.
Myriads of islands, some large others
very small,
Some big enough to build on, others just for
a bird to call.
Many sights of silent beauty seeing pockets
of paradise,
Whether in spring or summer or falls
great beauty,
Come and sail all around the shores of
lake Temagami,
Come in the winter when she is clasped in ice and
glistening snow,
Come and feel the sweet solace that only nature
can show.
