DIFFERENT POWER LINES
There must be different types of electricity
That is fed to the homes full of eccentricity,
If a thing works one place but not in another
What else could it be to cause all the bother?

Plug in the lap top and we need an extra screen,
Yet go up north the lap top picture is clearly seen.
No extra monitor do we need, what is the matter?
It must be the electricity, power must be fatter.

Our house must have thin wires or something the same
A computer in the store works fine then who’s to blame
When we get home nothing works the hard drive is dead,
Maybe to us a different sauce of power is always fed.

The television we have at home is never very clear,
No one else suffers from this, at least so I seen to hear,
The lights work fine and the stove and refrigerator,
All the small appliances and even the garden rotator.

But as for televisions and the much needed computer
We seem to have a problem and dim seems our future,
I think I’ll call up and ask for a different power line,
Then maybe our computers will behave and be just fine
