ARRANGEMENT
I saw an arrangement of large white tulips and
fern of dark green,
And scattered all about within forget-me-nots
were to be seen,
The beauty of sweet spring flowers captured in
a crystal vase,
Many heads turned and looked and I heard many
words of praise.
The shape was perfect, the colours blended together
so very well,
The arrangement made me glad that on this earth
I did dwell.
A florist had an eye for shape and good
colours too,
A gift to help the best of sweet nature
to come through.
When you look around you see natures colours
never clash,
For the shades meld together, then sometimes you
see a flash
Of brightness where delicate shades together
bloom and grow,
I think nature is telling us that all colours
together do go.
But these three simple colours of pure white,
blue and green,
Is a sight of great beauty that should be
by many often seen.
