More poems about the Temple

        WHERE SOLACE DWELLS
I love the feeling in the temple, that gentle warm peace
That flows like a river of comfort that does not cease,
Where kind solace dwells in every heart whilst in there,
And the closeness of God’s presence is felt everywhere.

I love the feeling in the temple, one of such sweet content
For all who enter within these walls are all heaven bent,
A feeling of togetherness and of God’s everlasting love
That helps us realize the value of our heavenly home above.

I love the feeling in the temple that can heal a broken heart,
Can soothe a tempestuous soul and God’s loving balm impart
Onto a soul that is in need of tranquil peace and rest,
Come and find it in the temple where the calming is the best.

I love the feeling in the temple when we are busy as can be
And many of those waiting will all be soon set free,
There is gratitude that you can almost grasp, it is so near
If you listen with spiritual ears, their rejoicing you will hear.
