        FOLLOWING THROUGH
Things can be chaotic when we do not follow through,
I know I need not say this for we all know it is very true,
Even one individual can often cause an utter mess,
Then cannot see the big deal of silly worry and stress.
Someone leaves their post with a message not passed on,
So the next people have no idea what needs to be done.
A small mistake is made and no one says a single word
About it and although this may sound just a little absurd,
It can wreck the smooth running of any job that we do
So the simple answer is, “Come on all let us follow through”.
