MY ANGLES
Most of us have seen kitchen angels made
with tea towels, hot pad or oven mitt,
And there in a busy kitchen they do
hang around or just sit,
Looking very pretty, make folks smile,
could be useful too
If they are pulled apart, but then
they no longer look at you.
Now my angels are different, real
ones working hard together,
Serving in Relief Society with a smile
in all kinds of weather.
Helping guide the sisters along the
path to heaven above
Like true guardian angels filled with
a sweet, gentle love.
So thank you faithful sisters who serve
always so willingly,
Angels now and so preparing to be queens
for all eternity.
