Psychochik Tells a Story

And now...we're gonna slow the pace a bit, and give you some nice, quiet stories to relax to. =) All of the following following stories here, except where indicated were taken from the book, "Kids Who Kill" By Charles Patrick Ewing(copyrighted 1990 by Lexington Books), and the best part, is that all of these stories are REAL, and therefore make for even better reading, eh? However here and there are ommission of things like full names to protect all these good people from net pervs and idiots. Enjoy!!

Anna Marie C. was sixteen years when she, David, and Dawn kidnapped Attina's former boyfriend, Ronald, and his girlfriend after Attina caught them in bed together. The trio forced the couple into a van at knifepoint and drove them into a secluded area in rural (name of state witheld). At Attina's suggestion, David raped then-depending on whose story is true-either David or Attina forced Ronald into the woods and stabbed him thirteen times with a butcher knife.

Attina, who ran away from home at age thirteen, married and divorced at fourteen, and worked as a dancer, barmaid, and prostitute before the killing, was borderline mentally retarded and had a mental age of under ten years. Still, she was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to die.

Cool huh? Here's another one...

On Nov. 16, 1982, Richard and his wife Maria returned home after celebrating the twentieth anniversary of the day they met. As they emerged from their car in the driveway of their (state witheld) home, the roar of shotgun blasts filled the air. Four slugs hit [Richard] and killed him instantly. [Maria] was injured. The shots that killed Richard were fired by his sixteen year old son, Richard Jr., who had been hiding in the darkened garage awaiting his parents return. Prosecutors charged that Richard and his seventeen year old sister, Deborah, plotted the killing in advance. Richard was charged with 1st degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Deborah was charged with conspiracy. At trial, Richard claimed self-defense, alleging that his father had abused him, his sister, and his mother for years. The evidence backed up Richard's claims. For some fourteen years, Richard Sr. had repeatedly and brutally beaten and psychologically abused his children and his wife. He had also sexually abused his daughter. Although Richard sought help from both his mother and the authorities, nothing was ever done to stop his father's abuse. Richard testified that he thought about killing his father for years but "always chickened out". In response to the evidence, the prosecutor claimed that it was an act of revenge rather than self-defense. The jury compromised, rejecting Richard's claim of self-defense but convicting him of manslaughter rather than murder. Deborah was convicted of aiding and abetting manslaughter. Richard Jr. was sentenced to five to fifteen years in prison. Deborah was sentenced to serve three to eight years in prison. Both sentences were eventually commuted by the governor. Deborah was released at age nineteen and Richard at age twenty-one.

I hope you're enjoying these as much as me, but I gotta take a break and write out a few more, so check back later and there'll be lots to look over, C-Ya! =)
