Few copies of this study aid survived the arsonist's torching of the Cliff Notes Warehouse in Lincoln Nebraska during the summer of '73. Cliff Notes had been warned by several interest groups not to print the controversial pamphlet. Although they proceeded with a first printing, no additional copies were made after the fire destroyed most of the initial run.
