You will need to know the following

Reproduction in general:

1. asexual vs. sexual reproduction

2. methods of asexual reproduction

3. similarities and differences between them.

4. internal vs. external fertilization advantages and disadvantages of each.

Plant Reproduction:

1. Know the life cycles of the moss-fern-angiosperm (especially diagrammatically)

2. Be able to compare them. Know similarities and differences.

3. Know the parts of the flower and how each functions in reproduction.

4. Know alternation of generations and how it applies to moss and ferns.

Human Reproduction:

1. Know both male and female anatomies (diagrammatically)

2. Know the function of the all parts of the above and how they are similar and different in each.

3. Know the female menstrual cycle including all the hormones involved with it's regulation.

4. Know how each of these hormones interact with each other.
