White Bread
For bread machines.
2 1/4 | cups | Bread Flour | |
1 | Tbsp | Butter | |
2 | Tbsp | Sugar | |
1 | Tbsp | Dry Milk | |
7/8 | cup | Water | |
1 | tspn | Salt | |
1 | tspn | Yeast |
Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) in the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients and yeast. Select French mode (rapid mode can be also used) and press start.
