Spinach Fettuccine
1 | lb | Egg Fettuccine | |
1 1/2 | cups | Milk | |
1 | lb | Ricotta | |
1 | tbsp | Salt | |
8 | oz | Spinach | Fresh, chopped |
1 | Tbsp | Garlic | Minced |
1 | cup | Parmesan | Grated |
1 | Tbsp | Olive Oil | |
1 | cup | Swiss Cheese | Shredded |
Cook noodles, mix with oil and set aside. Remove stems of spinach and blend with ricotta, Swiss cheese, milk, salt and garlic. Pour over noodles and mix well. Put on lasagna dish, cover with parmesan and bake for 25 min at 350F/175C.
