Scones
2 | cups | Flour | Self raising, sifted |
1/2 | cup | Margarine | |
2 1/4 | tspn | Baking Powder | |
2 | ea | Eggs | |
1/2 | tspn | Salt | |
1/2 | cup | Cream | |
1 | Tbsp | Sugar |
Set oven at 425F. Sift the flour, salt and sugar into a bowl and mix the margarine and cream. Mix in liquids and eggs, knead lightly. Divide in 12 balls. Arrange on a lightly greased tray. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until well risen and golden brown.
