Potato Salad
Excellent by itself or as a side dish
2 | lb | Potatoes | Quartered |
2 | cups | Mayonnaise | |
1 | tspn | Paprika | |
1 | Tbsp | Garlic | Minced |
1 | tspn | White Pepper | |
1/3 | cup | Parsley | Fresh, chopped |
Cook potatoes in salted water. Let cool. Blend to mayonnaise the paprika, garlic and pepper. Mix in the parsley. Mix well the potatoes with the mayonnaise dressing. Cool before serving.
