Pork Spareribs
Can also be made with chicken.

Separate 2 lb. of pork spareribs into individual ribs with knife. Using cleaver, chop the ribs in 2" pieces (this is important, as it allows the marrow to flavour the gravy). Trim all fat and mix in cornstarch to meat. Make sauce. Heat oil n skillet over high heat. Add garlic and onion. Stir in pork and stir-fry for 3 min. Add sauce and bring to boil. Cover and cook for 40 min over medium heat. If there is less than 1 cup of sauce then, add more chicken broth.
