Pizza
Dough (same as French Bread):
3 1/2 | cups | Flour | |
1 | tspn | Sugar | |
1 | Tbsp | Oil | |
1 | tspn | Salt | |
1 | Tbsp | Yeast |
Basic Preparation:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in a cup of lukewarm water. It should foam after 5-10
min. Meanwhile, put flour and salt in a large bowl. pour yeast mixture over
flour and mix with a spoon until the liquid is absorbed. Knead the dough well.
Add more water or flour if necessary - it should make a ball that does not stick
to the hands. Let it rest for 20-30 while cleaning and drying the bowl (and our
hands). Put oil in bowl. Knead again a few more
times, make a ball and put it in the bowl, so that its surface is covered
with oil. Let stay for 20-30 minutes to rise again. Divide into
smaller balls. Open dough with rolling pin, spread marinara sauce and cover with
preferred
toppings. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
