Pâté de Foie (IV)


A good recipe.

 1 lb  Chicken Liver   
1/2 cup  Green Pepper  Chopped 
 1 cup  Vegetable Oil   
 1 Tbsp  Worcestershire Sauce   
1/2 cup  Parley  Fresh, chopped 
 2 ea  Chicken Cubes   
 1 Tbsp  Onion  Chopped 
 1 Tbsp  Lime  Juice 
 1 Tbsp  Garlic  Crushed 
    Salt & Pepper   

Fry onion and green pepper in oil.  Add liver and sauté until tender. Mix with other ingredients and blend everything until very smooth.  Put in baking pan, cover with aluminium foil and bake in Bain Marie for about 2 hours in medium heat or until well cooked and golden.
