Pâté de Foie (II)
Simple and tender liver spread.
1 | lb | Chicken Liver | |
6 | Tbsp | Gelatine | Clear |
3 | ea | Chicken Cubes | |
Salt |
Dilute gelatine and chicken cubes in a cup of hot water. Add liver and blend until smooth. Put in baking pan, cover with aluminium foil and bake in Bain Marie for about 2 hours in medium heat or until well cooked and golden.
