Pasta Salad (Low Fat)
1/2 | lb | Rotini | Cooked |
1/2 | cup | Olives | Pitted, sliced |
1 | ea | Tomato | Italian, quartered |
1/2 | cup | Mayonnaise | Fat Free |
1/4 | cup | Onions | Chopped |
1 | cup | Green Peppers | Chopped |
1/2 | cup | Broccoli | Flowers |
1/2 | cup | Cauliflower | Flowers |
3 | cloves | Garlic | |
Cook pasta "al dente". Rinse with cold water & drain. Blend the garlic to the mayonnaise. In a large bowl, combine the pasta with the vegetables. Toss lightly. Add enough fat-free mayonnaise to desired moistness. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
