Pasta Salad (Low Fat)


1/2 lb Rotini Cooked
1/2 cup Olives Pitted, sliced
1 ea Tomato Italian, quartered
1/2 cup Mayonnaise Fat Free
1/4 cup Onions Chopped
1 cup Green Peppers Chopped
1/2 cup Broccoli Flowers
1/2 cup Cauliflower Flowers
3 cloves Garlic

Cook pasta "al dente". Rinse with cold water & drain. Blend the garlic to the mayonnaise. In a large bowl, combine the pasta with the vegetables. Toss lightly. Add enough fat-free mayonnaise to desired moistness.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Mix well.  Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
