Pasta Primavera


1 lb Noodles Cooked al dente
2 ea Carrots
1 ea Onion Chopped fine
1 cup Parmesan Grated
1 cup Swiss Cheese Shredded
1/2 lb Mushrooms Small, chopped
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 ea Tomatoes Chopped
1/2 cup Cauliflower Flowers
1/2 cup Broccoli Flowers
2 Tbsp Oregano
1/2 cup Green/Red Peppers Sliced
1 Tbsp Garlic Minced

Stir fry vegetables in olive oil. Toss in pasta, seasoning and Swiss cheese, mix briefly and serve.
