Passion Fruit Batida

A specialty.

Cut passion fruits in half, put juice and all the inside of fruit in a mixing bowl.  Add cachaça or vodka, add sugar to taste and mix well.  Sieve to remove the seeds and pulp.  Serve on crushed ice.
