Noodles and Mushroom
1/2 | lb | Mushrooms | Small |
1/2 | tspn | Garlic | Minced |
1 | lb | Egg Noodles | Fresh |
1/2 | cup | Parmesan Cheese | Grated |
2 | Tbsp | Olive Oil | |
Salt and Pepper |
Cook noodles al dente in salted water. Heat oil in skillet and sauté mushrooms with salt and pepper over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 more seconds. Do not let brown. When noodles are ready, spoon the mushrooms over them, add cheese and toss quickly. Serve immediately.
