Minestrone


 1 lb Sausages  Italian. Can be replaced by beef chunks. 
 1 lb  Tomatoes  Chopped.
 1 lb  Beans  Canned. 
2 ea  Onion  Cut in large pieces. 
 1 cup  Celery  Chopped. 
2 cups   Shell Pasta  Dry  
2 ea  Potatoes  Large, peeled and cut in large pieces 
2 ea  Carrots  Large, peeled and chopped 
1 ea  Red Pepper  Cut in large pieces. 
2 cloves  Garlic  Crushed 
2 ea  Beef cubes   
1 cup  Red wine Table 
1 Tbsp Oregano Dried
1 cup Parmesan Grated

Cut sausages into 1" pieces. Sauté sausages in medium heat, about 6 min. Add pepper, onion and celery and sauté for another 6 min. Add 4 cups of water and all the other ingredients. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for about 20 min. Serve, sprinkling Parmesan on top.
