Meat Balls


The Middle Eastern "Quibe", Brazilian style.

 1/2 lb  Whole Wheat   
1 lb  Beef  Ground 
 1 ea  Lime  Juice 
 1 cup  Onion  Grated 
    Mint  Fresh 
    Salt & Pepper   
    Vegetable Oil   

Soak wheat for about half hour.  Drain pressing hard and mix with the ground meat.  Add seasoning, mixing everything well, and grind the mixture.  Make Meat balls (about one inch thick and two inches long) and fry in hot oil. Drain excess oil and serve.
