Linguine e Gamberetti

1 | can | Tomato Paste | (5 1/2 oz) |
1 | Tspn | Oregano | Dry |
1 | Tbsp | Basil | Dry (1/2 cup fresh) |
1 | lb | Shrimp | Small, frozen |
4 | cloves | Garlic | Minced |
Mash tomatoes with juice and mix in tomato paste, basil, garlic, onion and oregano. Bring to boil; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until onion is tender and sauce has thickened. Add shrimp; cover and cook for about 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Do not overcook! Serve over cooked linguine.
