Linguine e Gamberetti


1 lb Linguine Cooked al dente
1 can Tomatoes Chopped (28 oz)
1 ea Onion
1 can Tomato Paste (5 1/2 oz)
1 Tspn Oregano Dry
1 Tbsp Basil Dry (1/2 cup fresh)
1 lb Shrimp Small, frozen
4 cloves Garlic Minced

Mash tomatoes with juice and mix in tomato paste, basil, garlic, onion and oregano. Bring to boil; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until onion is tender and sauce has thickened.  Add shrimp; cover and cook for about 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Do not overcook! Serve over cooked linguine.
