Lasagna


1 lb Lasagne sheets
1/2 lb Mozzarella Sliced
1 lb Ricotta
1 tspn Salt
2 ea Eggs Well beaten
1/2 tspn White Pepper

Make your own sauce with meat or you can use a large jar of Ragu and add meat to it. Mix ricotta with eggs. Add salt and pepper. Half-cook lasagna noodles. Strain. Slightly cover bottom of casserole dish (12x9" pan) with meat sauce. Then place layers of lasagna and alternate layers the fillings (ricotta-meat sauce) ending with a layer of meat sauce covered with Mozzarella slices. Bake in oven at 350 F for about 30 minutes.
