Garlic Bread
Excellent with pasta dishes
1 | ea | Bread | French or Italian |
1 | Tbsp | Garlic | Chopped very thin. |
1/2 | cup | Olive Oil |
Slice bread into thick slices, about 1 inch thick. If baguette, in half. Paint the surface of each slice with olive oil with a pastry brush and spread the garlic. Place bread on grill and toast until light brown.
