Dissolve yeast in 3 tablespoons of warm milk. Sift 3 cups flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Blend in margarine. Add eggs, slightly beaten, and the 1/2 cup milk and knead. Add the milk with yeast. Knead until dough falls from side of bowl. Cover and let stand for 4 hours. Punch down and knead in the remaining cup of flour. Place in a buttered bread pan. Let rise for 2 hours. Brush each loaf with melted butter, cover with sliced bananas and spread a heavy coat of cinnamon sugar. Bake on preheated oven for 40 min.
