Cottage Cheese Dressing


A low calorie dressing

1 cup Cottage Cheese Cream style
1/4 cup Onion Chopped fine
1/4 cup Green Pepper Chopped fine
1/2 cup Yoghurt Plain, low fat or fat free
4 drops Tabasco Sauce
2 tspn Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Blend together cheese, yoghurt, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, then the onion and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate before serving. Makes 2 cups.
