Cheese Balls


1/2 lb  Parmesan  Grated 
1/2 lb  Swiss Cheese  Shredded 
3 Tbsp  Corn Flour   
1 tspn  Parsley   
3 ea  Egg Whites  Beaten into peaks. 
    Vegetable Oil   

Mix cheese. Stir in cornmeal and parsley.  Add egg whites and make one inch  balls. Deep fry in hot oil, drain and serve.
