Cheese Balls
1/2 | lb | Parmesan | Grated |
1/2 | lb | Swiss Cheese | Shredded |
3 | Tbsp | Corn Flour | |
1 | tspn | Parsley | |
3 | ea | Egg Whites | Beaten into peaks. |
Vegetable Oil |
Mix cheese. Stir in cornmeal and parsley. Add egg whites and make one inch balls. Deep fry in hot oil, drain and serve.
