Caesar's Pasta Salad


4 cups Lettuce Coarsely shredded
4 cups  Pasta  Penne or Rotini, cooked
1/4  cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Olive Oil Extra virgin
3 cloves Garlic  Minced
6 fillets Anchovies
1 tspn Salt
1/4  cup Parmesan Grated
tspn White Pepper
1 tspn Lemon rind  Grated

Just mix everything together. Serve with croutons (see below).

Croutons:

2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin
4 Slices Bread Italian, thick slices.
6 slices Bacon
Salt and Pepper

In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain. Crumble coarsely and set aside. Brush 2 tablespoons of olive oil on both sides of bread. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes; toss with 1/4 teaspoon each of the salt and pepper. Toast on baking sheet at 350F (180C) for about 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
