Alfredo, senza pana
A variation, without cream. Better than the original.
8 | oz | Cream Cheese | |
1/2 | cup | Margarine | |
1/2 | cup | Milk | |
1/4 | cup | Parmesan | Grated |
In large saucepan blend all ingredients over low heat until smooth. Do not boil! Sauce is ready to pour over hot pasta.
