1 | Tbsp | Parmesan | Grated |
1 | Tbsp | Milk | Low fat or skimmed |
1/2 | tspn | Garlic | Minced |
Blend cottage cheese, garlic, skim milk and parmesan cheese until smooth. Heat before serving.
