*brushes off dust from being edited*

Well now, being edited has a lovely feel to it; Cossie wouldn't even put up the picture and background! *sigh* Something about it being inappropriate, and she wouldn't even let me express my opinions completely. Oh well, I guess I'll have to behave now...no fun, no fun at all.

Anyway, time to move on. I'm Amber, probably one of the most troublesome teenthings in the Grove. I am 16, almost 17, years old...therefore definitely a teenthing. I reside in Virginia with my family and many pets on a small farm. I am of Celtic and Anglo-saxon heritage, and I tend to long for my ancestors' homeland even though I was born in Virginia.

I was born into a Christian household, but found that I never really accepted their beliefs. I had my own set of beliefs that, as far as I could see, were my own and didn't fit anywhere under any religion I knew of. I started to hear about Pagan religions and, being the curious teenthing that I am, started studying about them. I still have much to learn. My studies as of yet have mainly gone into Wicca. I guess if I were to generalize what my beliefs are that I'd have to call myself a Solitary Eclectic Witch...still in the learning, and always will be.

What do I believe in? I believe in the Goddess, and in some extent in the God. I personally believe there are five constants in the world: earth, water, wind, fire, and spirit. I believe that each spirit 'belongs' to one of the other elements and that in belonging to the element it will inherit some of it's traits. I believe in reincarnation. I believe in the Rede and the Law of Three. I do not believe in the Christian's devil, in any shape, size or form. I do not worship him nor make sacrifices in his honor.
