1) Avoid white flour and white sugar. Also avoid artificial sweeteners. Instead , you should use honey, pure syrups, or an herb called Aztec Sweet Herb.
2) Eat and drink only fresh, natural fruits and juices for the first week. Also drink alot of water. Throughout this week you will want to use a tea called Red Clover. This is excellent for purifying the blood and ridding the blood of contaminants. Sip slowly at 3-4 cups a day. If you drink mega doses of red clover, you may develop stomach cramps, just stop using the clover for 8-10 hrs or until the next day. Then cut back on your number of cups of tea.
3) Add vegetables back into diet. Keep them as fresh and raw as possible, there are some veggies though, that do require cooking to release their nutrients. As a general rule, a quick dip into boiling water, called blanching, will make your veggies nice and hot without much loss of any of it's life giving properties. 4) Add grains, fish and poultry during the third week. By now, you should be feeling quite a bit better, aside from feeling hungry, anyway. You will become accustomed to eating well balanced meals that won't slow you down. It took about six months for me to become accustomed to my new diet.
5) Avoid red meats, including pork, despite it's claims of being the other white meat.
6) Eliminate caffeine, nicotine, and any other stimulants. Eliminate alcohol and other such depressants. All of these things will throw you way out of whack. You will learn to appreciate the everlasting calm that can help you glide through stressful situations with alot less fatigue or anxiety.
7) Pay attention to what you eat. Certain food combinations will produce gas in your system. And bear in mind that if your body is healthy, then your immune system will perform at peak efficiency and you will rarely ever catch whatever may be going around at the time.
