Flight Control (CONN). The Flight Control console often referred to, as Conn is responsible for the actual piloting and navigation of the spacecraft. The Conn officer receives their orders directly from the Commanding Officer. This station is to be manned at all times. This station also connected to dedicated backup flight operations subprocessor to provide manual flight control.
