How does a Gatling gun work. You cant shoot just one bullet with it? Or you cant throw damage
for every single bullet. The darn sucker is firing 100 bullets per second
Are you sure that the damage value given isn't for a whole round of fire. It really does sound crazy to roll a few hundred damage rolls. Besides, a mere hit with a Gatling is probably enough to wipe out anything, or anybody from the face of the earth (or was it face of the illusion...?).
By the way, what sort of campaign are you running? I'm curious to know wich purposes a
minigun could serve in a horror setting.
I play a campaign where one of the PC is a cyborg, the "MIB" are watching him closely, because
he is an inside spy on the rest of the PC's. One time, the PC's messed things up, and the MIB had
to clean it up. And they used miniguns... They got pretty scared when their weapon that they
thought was great, sucked!
The use of a minigun in a horror setting is not entirely unfeasible...Remember "Predator"? But remember, a Gatling gun is not really meant to be used against soft targets. Don't even bother to roll the dice. (Make them miss instead...)
