Willow and Buffy find the curse that Mrs. Calendar was working on when Angel killed her
just in time to stop them from bringing back this demon that swallows the world. Buffy
then has to decide if she wants to restore his soul, or simply try to kill him before all the
bad stuff goes down. When Angel sets up a meeting to draw Buffy away from the gang,
the other vamps take them all out and kill Kendra. Buffy now has to try to save the world
alone. And the show ends with some one holding a gun at Buffy. (Probably the police after
Cordelia went to get them or maybe that guy who got Angel to turn good.)
Buffy is feeling pretty down and out about the non-boyfriend having issue (girl, I know how hard it is to
find a cute and caring guy that doesn't have an evil side.) Anyways, when the members of
the swim team start winning games all of a sudden, they have a victory party down at the beach which all
of the students are invited to. Buffy shows up and spends most of the party out near the shore. When an extremly cute member
of the swim team shows up and starts flirting with her, she perks up. She spends the rest
of the night talking with him and the next day drives her to school. By then she has grown
quite tired of him because all he talks about is swimming, the ocean, and swimming in the
ocean. Anyways, when she tries to get out of his car to do to class, he locks the door and
starts getting really touchy feely with her. When he goes too far, Buffy shows him whos
boss and whips his ass. Well, just as she does, the principal, Mr. Snyder shows up and sees
the whole thing. Well, his version of it. Buffy gets punished for protecting herself just
because he had the scars on him and he is one of the top swimmers on the swim team.
Jerks much? Anyways, after almost being sexually assaulted by these creature from the
black lagoon type fishy/icky/monsters and saved by Xander, she of course saves the day
getting rid of the evil sauna-happy coach.
There is a ghost in Sunnydale High. A ghost from back in the 50's that seems to be targeting Buffy
for some reason or another. She starts having visions and soon enough ghosts start taking over bodies of
Sunnydale students and faculty and soon enough a teacher gets shot and killed. They find out who the
ghosts are and why they are dead. Buffy starts going through all these issues then about how she doesn't
feel sorry for the guy who is plague her thoughs and dreams, that he deserved to die. But she gets closure
on the whole thing when she is forced to help the ghost and feel what it was like to be him when he inhabits
her body to reinact the scene once more. When the ghost leaves her body, Buffy finds herself kissing Angel
in a passionate embrace. He pushes her, and now she has to start dealing with resolving issues between her
and Angel again and the love she lost there.
Buffy comes down deathly ill with a bad case of the flu. But she soon finds out no matter where she
goes, demons are everywhere waiting for her. The first night she is at the hospital-a little girl dies and it seems
to be just because she was sick. But Buffy overhears about some risky treatments a doctor is giving the kids
and a little boy approches her and tells her that its death come to get them all. The next day she tells the gang
about whats going on and they seem wishy washy about helping thinking its an imaginary demon she created
to get control of the situation and because when she was younger, a little girl she was very close to died in a
hospital. But they do check things out and after the iffy doctor checks out (literally, the bad guy kills him) they
find out about the real person who is after the kids. Buffy wiggs out when she hears about him-cause the way
her friend died so long ago seemed just like the way Dirkindasawd killed kids. You had to be ill for him to kill
you and you could only see him if you were ill. Buffy takes this guys death personal and when she takes a
dosage of the flu the doctor had in his office and finds him in the basement she kicks the shit out of him
and snaps his neck. Go Buffy=)
Ok, so we first see Buffy in this episode when she is at the Bronze with Xander, Cordelia
and Willow with Angel watching them and then following them home. Then when she is getting ready
for bed we see that Angel is watching her and then sneaks in after she falls asleep and draws a picture
of her and leaves it for her to find in the morning. Buffy of course gets all wigged out and tells Giles
about it the next day at school. Buffy starts to worry about Angel's open invitation to her house
though because he was known to have hurt Drusilla the most by killing her family so she started
to worry about her mom. Well, Buffy then found out he was sneaking into several of her and her
friends houses so they are all on alert. Buffy starts conversating again with Ms. Calender and tells her that
Giles still feels for her and they basically got back on the right track. Soon after Angel goes to Sunnydale
High and kills her. He takes her to Giles house and Giles finds her on his bed. In a rage Giles goes to kill
Angel and almost gets his self killed in the process. Although he gave up a good fight, Angel gets him down
and Buffy comes in to save him. Then they have a heart felt moment after she gets him out of the burning
wearhouse and Buffy's soft fide to Giles is then shown. (And I would just like to say...who didn't like
get all teary when that happened?)
This is was an espically hard Valentines for Buffy-with the break-up with Angel and all,
but she seemed to be taking it pretty well when Amy's love spell consumed her and she went after
Xander. When Xander finally realized that spell had back-fired and went to Giles to help him and
Giles left him in the library to go see what he could do to help, Buffy entered the library wearing a
short rain-coat with nothing else under with plans to seduce Xander. When he turned her down not
wanting to take advantage of her in that state, she flipped thinking he was being mean to her in some
way and she got really mad. Then it only made matters worse when Amy entered the room and the two
girls started to fight over whose Xander was and Amy turned Buffy into a rat. For the rest of the show Buffy
was a rat, which I guess is one thing that saved her from Angel getting a hold of her.
There is obvious strain on Buffy with this whole Angel thing, but she seems to be holding
up pretty well. She is the slayer, she has to keep her cool now doesn't she? Now it seems
that when she was the only one in the group with love-she is the only one without love.
And that seems to be taking at hit on her as well. Xander has Cordelia and Willow has Oz. But
I guess there's always Giles, but he hasn't broken it off completely with Ms. Calendar though-although
their relationship is on the skids because of her with holding information and all that could have
saved a lot of heartache.
General Synopsis
Buffy is just your average teenage girl-goes to school by day, fights vampires by night.
She lives in Sunnydale-also known as the Hellmouth-were freakish events with abnormal
creatures occur daily. There is always something Buffy has to kill-and its not always
vamps either. She tries to have a normal life-but things never seem to go right. She fell in
love with a gorgeous guy, who just happens to be a vampire and over 200 years older than
her. Her 17th birthday party was cut short when she found out she had to protect the
world from a monster who wanted to get rid of humanity. And on the night she
lost her virginity her boyfriend lost his soul again and turned back into a bad vampire
which she now has to kill. It sucks to be her.
