Title: Strange But True - The Weird World This Week

It is hoped that Little Green Men will visit the Millennium Dome.

A punter stands to win 500,000 pounds (801,500 dollars) if little green men turn up to view the Millennium Dome after betting 10 pounds (16.03 dollars) that it will attract extraterrestrials.

Bookmakers William Hill said George Vernon of Bristol had been given odds of 50,000/1 for his wager.

Spokesman Graham Sharpe said "If he's right, he's going to be collecting a payment that's out of this world."
