Chelsey Sedai
Amyrlin Seat

    Chelsey was born on the plains of Arad Doman. The only child of a farmer and his wife, her family was note very prosperous, but lived comfortably and happy. When Chelsey was 14, her family was attacked by Whitecloaks, claiming that they were Darkfriends. Her parents were killed while Chelsey was raped, beaten and left for dead. She learned she could channel when she made spikes of Air and killed one of her attackers, maiming another. Scared of hurting herself with the Power, Chelsey made her way to Tar Valon, where she collapsed at the entrance to the Tower of Chasaline.

    While at the Tower, as a Novice, Chelsey found out she was pregnant. Inside of her grew the child that was forced into her. Her Novicedom was tough because of the pregnancy, and even tougher mentally after the child died at birth. But she knew what was going to happen, because she was a Dreamwalker and those no longer living, walk the Dream World. Her son, Tynin, would never be born, but he lived happily in her dreams.

    After serving her time as both Novice and Accepted, Chelsey was tested to become Aes Sedai. She chose the Green Ajah, swearing that she would fight any who would harm others for their own fun, and spit in the Dark One's eye when the Final Battle ensued. Upon Raising, Chelsey became the Green Sitter, then after a few years, was appointed Keeper of the Chronicles, a position which she fully enjoyed.

    After many wonderful years as Keeper of the Chronicles, Chelsey was sworn in as the newest Amyrlin Seat when Kaiulani Sedai, then Amyrlin, decided it was time to step down and leave the Tower. Chelsey accepted her new position with enthusiasm and hopes to be the best Amyrlin the Tower has seen.
