Meanwhile, Piper worries her sisters because she has been away with Leo in the realms of the whitelighters for a month with no word, leaving her sisters to worry what's happen to her.

The Charmed Ones find that Christopher is curse to be an owl during the day and Brooke to be an wolf during the night.

While Prue and Phoebe try to save Kate and the fairy from the trolls, Cole attempts to gain access to the Halliwell Manor to get the Book of Shadows.

All Halliwells' Eve (3.04)

In the past, the sisters learn that a good coven of witches summoned them to help rescue a young woman that is due to give birth to a magical child. But the mother is being held in the home of an evil witch that Cole travels to the past to help.

So when Prue comes home to discover someone has broken into the Manor, she immediately believes its something supernatural send by the triad, while her sisters believe that it may be an evil of a human nature from the clues discovered by Darryl. Cole is upset to learn that the triad has sent another agent to destroy the Halliwells. Piper feels that her inability to have a romantic evening with Leo is the result of interference from Leo's bosses.

Primrose Empath (3.06)

Cole uses magic to lead Prue to what appears to be a man suffering because he is capable of feeling the emotions of others around him and can not control his empathic power. Prue casts a spell to remove this power, but unknowingly helps this cursed demon, Vincerus, to gain his ability to harm innocents again, while gaining the empathic ability herself. As Prue struggles to control her newly gained power, Vincerus seeks to kill the one that cursed him. Piper expresses concern that her relationship with Leo isn't normal enough, while Phoebe and Cole can't help falling in love with each other.

A member of the Evil Triad reminds Cole that he's to destroy the Charmed Ones and not to romance Phoebe or they will kill him. Cole decides to use the sisters petty arguments against them by enlisting the help of Andras, the spirit of rage, who causes their normal disagreements to spiral out of control. Once the sisters begin using their magic against each other in anger, the Power of Three is lost leaving the Halliwells without their magic and defenseless.

Piper reluctantly agrees with Prue to join forces with Krell to find Belthazor so they can vanquish him, as Phoebe searches for information as to the current whereabouts of Cole.

Piper falls victim to Terra's power, as she is dreading attending her tenth year high school reunion and discovers she has a limited amount of time before the toxic qualities of the life essence kills her soul for good. While Piper goes searching for her father, after hearing news that he's been seen in town, Prue is driven to learn the name of song whose melody is stuck in her head. She discovers the source is an ice cream truck that appears to be abducting children. As Prue and Phoebe attempt to stop the ice cream man from grabbing a little girl, they find themselves sucked into a wintry world within the truck that is inhabited but the Nothing - a force that pulls its victims out of existence. Believing the children need their help, Prue and Phoebe free them, only to discover it was a mistake and they will need the help of their father in order to set things right.

The sisters ignore Natalie, running off the banish Eames not only to fail, but to discover he's plotting to eliminate all whitelighters and witches and they just helped him get the next item in his master plan.

Wrestling With Demons (3.12)

The girls try to get Inspector Morris' help to protect an innocent from a possible demon attack after Phoebe has a premonition. Getting there before the attack, Prue is available to prevent the killing but lets the demon, Tom, escape when she realizes she dated him in the past. A little research leads the girls to discover that humans can be turned into demons through a sinister recruitment and training program that strips the person of their humanity, but before the process can be completed, the individual must kill an innocent. Prue sees an opportunity to restore Tom's humanity, but her sisters think they might be better off by just banishing him.

Without anyway to find Prue, Phoebe turns to Cole for help, even though he will have to risk his life to do so. Meanwhile, Prue is to be married to the warlock as part of the Priestess Dantalian's plan to obtain the Book of Shadow. Once married, Prue will turn to evil and because her magic is interconnected with her sisters and the Book of Shadows they will turn to evil also, allowing anyone of an evil nature to finally possess the magical tome.

The Good, The Bad And The Cursed (3.14)

During a trip to an old ghost town with her father, Phoebe becomes magically linked to Bo, an individual from the town's past and begins to experience the effects his injuries. As Piper and Prue try to figure out how help Phoebe, Leo learns that Piper hasn't told her father that he is a white lighter. When Bo suffers from a gunshot wound, Phoebe also falls victim to the potentially fatal wound. The sisters discover that the town is cursed and stuck in a time loop, doomed to repeat the same day over and over. Prue finds herself having to work with Cole in the past to attempt to break the curse and heal Bo in order to save Phoebe.

On the night before the wedding Astral-Prue gets into a fight with a patron who later turns up dead, leaving Prue as main suspect of the murder.

They soon learn the woman is involved with Inspector Davidson's investigation of Cole possibly killing his former landlord. Prue proceeds to follow the woman and discovers the shadow is really the Angel of Death and becomes obsessed with preventing him from taking the life of another innocent. Meanwhile, the girls learn that a pair of Seekers are responsible for the deaths and are extracting information to learn of Cole's whereabouts, which puts the girls and Inspector Davidson's lives at risk.

The familiar now in human form, encounters each the sisters where upon each vanquishes him. But the girls soon learn that the familiar-warlock continues to come back and if vanquished nine times will become immortal and beyond their power to destroy.

When Phoebe kills a demon that just murdered an innocent phophet, she learn the demon was one of Cole's brothers. Cole explains that he was hand picked by the Source to be in an elite demonic gang called the Brotherhood of the Thorn, and his brothers probably murdered the phophet so the plans of their current operation are not revealed. Against Phoebe's wishes Cole decides to return to the Brotherhood to discover their plan, so the sisters can formulate a plan to stop the Brotherhood.

Season Finale/Cliffhanger. While trying to protect an innocent doctor from Shax, a demonic assassin, Prue and Piper are caught attempting to vanquish Shax by a local news crew - which broadcasts it for the whole world to see. Prue believes they may have not vanquished Shax and continues to hunt for him unaware that their secret is now public, while Phoebe travels to the underworld in order to reverse the effects of the spell that turned Cole from his recent good ways. As the public interest in the girls' power grows, they soon discover the press and a growing crowd of people surrounding the Manor, leading them to realize that they must do something do regain their secret. Leo, returns with the only answer to the problem, the Halliwells must convince Tempus to turn back time. This leads Phoebe to have to seriously consider making a deal with The Source in order to save her sisters' lives.
