we want to have a memorial mostly because of how much HE loved the game. like i have said before he was totally dedicated to it. as for it being fantasy i don't agree with that. i see anywhere where people come together will have the rl involved. many of his best friends only knew him on line, so does that mean he was a fantasy friend? not as real as a friend that lives next door? no, and to imply so would show it was said by an off-liner. it is impossible to make off liners understand, my mom still wonders why i am crying so much, but i would think here everyone would understand.. i never looked at the realm as being fanstasy but more as wishful thinking, you could be whatever type of person you WANTED to be, and that is the first step to becoming that type. yes i know some play chars that arn;t to nice, and i know it doesn;t mean they will become that way in rl, it is easier to play a mean char then a nice one since it is easier to be mean when in a good mood, ever try being nice when in a bad mood? no matter how you act most the time, your true self shows up from time to time, and that is REAL. so no, the realm isn't just a fantasy game. it is you, me, bob, EVERYONE. it is real and it is fantasy. you can;t worry about blending the two because it IS ALREADY BLENDED.
