Real Name: Carl Denti

Powers: None.
Background: Carl Denti was a former FBI agent, but when his friend and co-worked Fred Duncan was killed, he immediatly took the lead his friend had formed in the case. As Denti found out more and more, it seemed that everywhere he turned, another mutant was at the other side, which led him to believe that because mutants were most likely the cause of his friends death, all mutants must be punished. He now lives his life not as an FBI agent, but as a mutant hunter, primarily tracking down the criminal mutants (which is probably all of them in his mind). By using a ever-increasing arsenal of confiscated weaponry that was once used by countless X-Men foes, and government records, the X-Cutioner is determined to live up to his new name.

In Generation X #17, the X-Cutioner tracked down Skin for the crime of killing Angelo Espinoza. Catch that? Angelo Espinoza is Skin, Skin is Angelo Espinoza. This revealed two things: one, X-C is a dummy, and two, something mysterious happened back home in L.A. regarding Skin before he joined GenX.
