Anyway, here's my review, minus the expected saracasm and comments about this... thing:
Howard wakes up from a bad dream where he is going to get his feathered noggin chopped off. They all realize they are trapped in the Nexus of All Realities, floating on a small chunk of earth, which is not good for those that don't know. Then Howie gets a bit p.o.'d and Tana Nile warns him to stop, he refuses, she throws him off the chunk, making him fall to a random window into another reality. Then, with Tana's help, Artie is able to search through the Nexus and find Howard, they then proceed to rescue him from unforeseen danger. What's the danger? Besides hanging from a tree only to be saved by a two-headed fat oaf, he was kidnapped by this weird (and unoriginal) shadow guy. Bummer. Anyhoo, when the others arrive at this reality, they find it's very much like the Wizard of Oz (speaking of Oz, if anyone is a fan of Pink Floyd, here's what you do: take their album, The Dark Side of the Moon, and the film the Wizard of Oz without the commercials and begin watching the movie from the start. After the MGM's lion roars for the third time, begin playing the CD loud with the TV turned low. You should notice that the lyrics of Pink Floyd go surprising along with the WIzard of Oz. Neato, eh?). They are guided to find the Wizard by a cross-dressing Dr. Strange (not surprising. You know how it is with some of these doctors. j/k). When they find Howard, he's in a predicament not unlike the one he was in during his dream. Just before the axe hits, the rest of the little group pop out of this little bubble created by Strange and opened by Leech, who dampened the power in order for them to fall. So they do the rescue thing, Man-Thing stops guards by letting them go through his ickyness, and the Dark Hunter (the shadow guy) charges at them. Then Man-Thing talks. How wondrous.
