Graphics-Making Fonts!

I have about 160 fonts in my C:\Windows\Fonts folder. Of that number, 12 are different than the others in that every keystroke doesn't output an actual letter or character, but, instead, a symbol or icon. These fonts come in handy for creating graphics, because, truth be known, I'm absolutely terrible at 'free-hand' drawing! With these fonts, I have a collection of symbols and icons already drawn for me, and, all that I need to do is type them into PaintBrush, and, voila, I can make graphics without drawing anything, just by typing!!
Unfortunately, Netscape doesn't fully support the FONT FACE command, so, users of Netscape won't be able to appreciate these tables, except for Symbol, and Wingdings. Strangely, too, only Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE) allows Web Masters to write code that will actually open programs on user's computers, like the above link to PaintBrush! Perhaps it's a possible security flaw within MSIE, but, I think that it's pretty darned cool to be able to create hypertext links that will open files and program on visitors' computers! However, both MSIE and Netscape browsers will allow users to open data files on the visitors local or home computer! For example, do you have this text file upon your Windows95 computer?
